Factoring is a financial transaction and a type of debtor finance in which a business sells its accounts receivable (i.e., invoices) to a third party (called a factor) for a fee.
- When is Factoring done?
All payments originating from US payers, will be factored by Paxum, meaning we will purchase your invoies to the US payer and pay you ourselves. We will present this payment to the US Payer ourselves, and all payments for the purchased invoices are now due to Paxum.
- How much does a factoring service cost?
Paxum will charge Business Users $1.00 and Personal Users $0.25 for each invoice to a US payer purchased from you.
